And then came the storm. Y había la tormenta de granizo

Then came a hailstorm the likes I have never seen. Hail the size of grapes. Many things will survive, plants are fighters. Some things destroyed strawberries, cougettes, lettuce and my hydranga which was coming into full bloom. The most intense storm i have seen in my life.

Y había una tormenta de granizo - el tamaño de la uva eran las piedras de hielo. Averiemos que pasa.. Algunas cosas ya tiran adelante.La tormenta mas violenta que he visto en mi vida. Algunos destrozos - lechugas, fresas, calabacinos y la hortensia que estaba al punto de abrir sus flores con esplendor. Que sera sera.

Rosal que tengo en el patio y después va a la tierra.
A very fragrant pot bought rose which when finished flowering will be popped  round the veg  plot.

Rose bushes planted round the perimeter and also a couple of small " flowery islands" around the  veggie patch are great indicators of problems to be, and to help take action fast. Apart from the fact that they look great and smell marvellous they show the first attacks of aphids, a lot of fungal attacks and also scale, which can be a big problem for citrus trees.

Algunos rosales plantado alrededor de la huerta es una idea esplendida. Aparte del olor y los colores son indicadores de posibles plagas y podemos actuar con rapidez.
